Everything is free for 14 days from when you start the trial. Then you can unlock Bookbell for good with one payment of £4.99. Nothing is ever charged automatically. If you don’t unlock, you can still see and export your bookings, and alerts you’ve already set still ring.

Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Bookbell, go to Settings and tap Restore purchase. To bring your bookings across, use Settings › Your data, or restore from your iCloud backup.

Check that notifications are on for Bookbell in your iPhone’s Settings › Notifications, and that Time Sensitive notifications are allowed. In Bookbell, Settings › Alerts lets you send a test alert.

On a new booking, tap Say it, or touch and hold + on the Diary. Say who, from where, to where and when. Bookbell fills in the booking for you to check. You can also say “Hey Siri, add a booking in Bookbell”.

Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and choose Bookbell. There’s a Next booking widget and a Today widget with the date and the bell.

Yes, through Google Calendar. In Bookbell, open Settings › Claude & ChatGPT and follow the steps. Claude can read your bookings; ChatGPT can read them and add new ones.

Photos and files you attach are kept inside Bookbell on your iPhone. Tap one to open it, or touch and hold to share it.

Any business that takes bookings. When you set it up, choose a business where clients come to you (salons, barbers, therapists, trainers), one that travels to clients (mobile beauty, cleaning, trades, tutoring), or taxi and chauffeur work. You can change it any time in Settings.
